ASUS has revealed a new desktop lineup at Best Buy, led by the V400 AiO, the company’s first all-in-one PC powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X platform. Joining it are the larger V600 AiO and the new ExpertCenter P700 Mini Tower, expanding ASUS’ desktop lineup across consumer and office use.
ASUS V400 AiO
The V400 AiO is the standout model in the launch, marking ASUS’ first desktop all-in-one built around Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X platform. It features a 23.8-inch Full HD touchscreen with 100% sRGB color coverage and runs on the Snapdragon X1-26-100 processor, part of Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon X PC platform.
ASUS pairs the chip with a 45 TOPS NPU, allowing the PC to support Microsoft Copilot+ PC features found in newer AI-focused laptops. The launch version includes 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, while the platform supports up to 32GB memory in other configurations.
ASUS claims the ARM-based platform helps the V400 run cooler and fast than traditional desktop all-in-one PCs. It also comes with Wi-Fi 6, Windows Hello facial recognition, and a webcam privacy shutter.

ASUS V600 AiO
The V600 AiO targets buyers who want a bigger screen and stronger x86 performance from AMD-powered desktop hardware. It uses a 27-inch Full HD touchscreen with a 93% screen-to-body ratio and is powered by AMD Ryzen AI 5 330 or Ryzen AI 7 350 processors in current retail listings.
Graphics come from Radeon 860M integrated graphics, while the AI engine offers up to 50 TOPS of NPU performance. ASUS notes that broader configurations can scale up to Ryzen AI 7 445 depending on region.
Memory goes up to 32GB DDR5, paired with up to 1TB SSD storage. ASUS also includes HDMI-in and HDMI-out support, letting the V600 work as a display for external devices or connect to another monitor.
The chassis is 25% thinner than the previous generation and includes Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 depending on model.

ExpertCenter P700 Mini Tower
ASUS is also launching the ExpertCenter P700 Mini Tower for buyers who need a more traditional upgrade-friendly desktop. The system is powered by AMD Ryzen AI 5 330 or Ryzen AI 7 350 processors.
It supports up to 16GB DDR5 memory and 1TB SSD storage. Unlike the AiO models, the P700 includes two PCIe 4.0 expansion slots, allowing future upgrades such as adding a discrete graphics card.
The chassis also carries MIL-STD 810H durability certification and ASUS ExpertGuardian security tools, similar to other business-focused ASUS laptops. ASUS includes AI meeting features such as noise cancellation, virtual background tools, and AI camera enhancements through ASUS AI ExpertMeet.
Pricing starts at $649.99 for the ASUS V400 AiO, making it the most affordable model in the lineup. The larger V600 AiO starts at $999.99, while the ExpertCenter P700 Mini Tower begins at $749.99. All three Dekstop are available now through Best Buy.
