ASRock Intel Arc Pro B65 Creator and Passive GPUs Surface With 32GB GDDR6

ASRock has introduced two Intel Arc Pro B65 graphics cards ahead of launch, giving an early preview of Intel’s upcoming Battlemage-based workstation GPU lineup. The new models are the Arc Pro B65 Creator and Arc Pro B65 Passive, and both come with 32GB of GDDR6 memory.

The two cards are built around Intel’s Arc Pro B65 GPU based on the Xe2-HPG architecture. According to ASRock’s specifications, the chip includes 160 Intel XMX engines, 20 compute units, a 2400 MHz core clock, and memory running at 19 Gbps. The Arc Pro B65 is expected to use a cut-down BMG-G31 Battlemage GPU, placing it below Intel’s Arc Pro B70 in the company’s professional graphics stack and alongside Intel’s newer Intel Arc B390 iGPU platform.

ASRock also mentions a 192-bit memory bus in its specification sheet, although that figure may change since earlier Intel and partner details have not been fully consistent. The confirmed specification is the 32GB GDDR6 memory capacity, which gives the card a strong focus on memory-heavy professional workloads similar to enterprise-class products like the Nvidia RTX Pro 5000 Blackwell 72GB.

The Arc Pro B65 Creator model features active cooling with a blower-style fan, vapor chamber, die-cast metal shroud, and metal backplate. It also uses Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change thermal material to improve cooling efficiency. The card measures 271 x 112 x 39 mm and fits into a dual-slot design.

For enterprise and server systems, ASRock is also preparing the Arc Pro B65 Passive. This version uses a fanless heatsink built for chassis with direct airflow and comes in a smaller 190 x 112 x 38 mm design. Like the Creator model, it also uses a dual-slot form factor. ASRock notes that this passive model is intended mainly for enterprise deployment instead of standard retail channels.

Both graphics cards use a single 12V-2×6 power connector and offer four DisplayPort 2.1 outputs. One port supports UHBR13.5 bandwidth, while the other three run at UHBR10. Maximum output resolution reaches 7680 x 4320. ASRock also includes a 12V-2×6 to dual 8-pin adapter with the Creator version.

Feature support includes PCIe 5.0 x16, DirectX 12 Ultimate, and OpenGL 4.6, matching other recent hardware built around PCIe 5 SSD and GPU platforms. Intel is positioning the Arc Pro B65 family for AI tasks, CAD, rendering, and other workstation-focused applications.

Pricing has not been announced yet, but Intel is expected to officially introduce the Arc Pro B65 series later this month.
