ASUS Announces ExpertCenter P600 AiO that Brings Ryzen AI Copilot+ Desktop PCs with 50 TOPS NPU

ASUS has announced the ExpertCenter P600 AiO, a new all-in-one desktop designed for business users who want built-in AI features. The lineup includes two models, the 23.8-inch PM640GA and the 27-inch PM670GA. Both systems use AMD Ryzen AI processors with up to 50 TOPS of NPU power, which allows AI tasks to run directly on the device.

This launch is important because most AI PCs so far have been laptops. Those devices focus on saving battery and staying cool. This new system brings the same AI technology into a desktop setup, where power and cooling are more stable. That means AI features can run for longer periods without slowing down.

The system uses Ryzen AI 5 430 and Ryzen AI 7 445 processors. These chips have up to 6 cores and 12 threads, with boost speeds up to 4.6GHz. They are not built for heavy multi-core workloads like high-end desktops. Instead, they are designed to work together with a dedicated NPU. The CPU handles normal tasks like browsing and office work, while the NPU handles AI tasks such as voice processing, camera effects, and smart assistance.

This setup helps the system stay smooth. For example, during a video call, AI features like noise reduction and auto framing can run without slowing down other apps. This is useful in offices where people run many tasks at the same time.

ASUS also includes its MyExpert AI software. This brings features like AI noise cancelation, AI camera adjustments, and smart workflow tools. These features are still developing, and some may vary depending on region or updates.

The display comes in two sizes, 23.8 inches and 27 inches. Both use Full HD IPS panels with wide viewing angles and up to 99 percent sRGB color coverage. The smaller model has 250 nits brightness, while the larger one reaches 300 nits. The screen also has TÜV certification to reduce blue light and eye strain. The use of Full HD instead of higher resolution shows that the system is made for office work, not for high-end creative tasks.

The screen has a 93 percent screen-to-body ratio, giving more viewing space. There is an optional touchscreen for easier control. The camera can be pushed down and hidden when not in use, which improves privacy. The stand can adjust in height, tilt, and rotation, and it can even turn into portrait mode. Some models also support VESA mounting for flexible placement.

A useful feature is HDMI-in support. This allows the system to act as a display for another device. In offices or shops, this can reduce the need for extra monitors.

Memory and storage are more flexible than many laptops. The system supports up to 64GB DDR5 memory using upgradeable slots. It also supports dual M.2 SSDs with up to 2TB capacity. This makes it easier for businesses to upgrade systems over time.

Security is a key focus for this system. It includes TPM 2.0, FIDO login, and a BIOS that follows NIST standards. ASUS also includes its ExpertGuardian security system. There is an Adaptive Lock feature that locks the system when the user walks away. A Kensington lock slot is also included for physical protection. Some versions include a one-year McAfee+ subscription.

The system is tested under MIL-STD 810H standards, which means it is built to handle daily use in office environments. It is designed to be reliable for long-term use.

ASUS also adds features for sustainability. The system meets ENERGY STAR 9.0 and EPEAT Gold standards. It also supports carbon offset programs and provides product lifecycle tracking for businesses that want to manage their environmental impact.

The 23.8-inch model weighs about 6.9 kg, while the 27-inch model weighs around 9 kg. Both can come with a keyboard and mouse depending on the configuration.

Compared to older all-in-one systems, this model focuses more on AI. Earlier systems depended on cloud processing for AI features. This system can handle more of those tasks locally. This improves speed and also helps with privacy, since less data needs to be sent online.

The CPU is not designed for heavy workloads like rendering or advanced simulations. The system uses integrated graphics, so it is not suitable for gaming or high-end design work. The display resolution may also feel limited on the larger screen. Some AI features are still improving and may not be fully ready at launch.

For businesses, this system fits well in offices, call centers, retail counters, and classrooms. It can handle daily work while running AI tools in the background. For personal users, it is best for those who want a clean setup with useful AI features and strong security. It is not meant for power users or creators who need high performance graphics.

ASUS has not shared pricing or full availability details yet. Performance results for these processors in a desktop setup are also not available at this time.
