Lenovo launches Yoga Slim 7x Gen 11 worldwide with Snapdragon X2

Lenovo has started global sales of the Yoga Slim 7x (14 Gen 11), bringing Snapdragon X2 Elite to a 14-inch OLED laptop with up to 1,100 nits HDR brightness, expanding on earlier devices like the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Gen 11 Aura Edition OLED model.

The laptop is available with Snapdragon X2 Elite processors, including specification with up to 18 CPU cores, building on earlier insights into Snapdragon X2 Elite performance gains versus Apple M5. Some regions also list Snapdragon X2 Plus variants in lower-tier models. The platform delivers up to 85 TOPS of AI performance for local workloads as part of the Copilot+ PC category.

The laptop features LPDDR5X memory at 9523MT/s, available in configurations up to 32GB. For storage, it offers up to 2TB via M.2 PCIe Gen4 SSDs in the 2242 format, similar to configurations seen in the MSI Spatium M571 PCIe 5 SSD lineup.

Lenovo offers multiple OLED display options. The base panel is a 1920×1200 OLED with 60Hz refresh rate and up to 400 nits brightness. Higher configurations move to a 2880×1800 OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,100 nits HDR peak brightness. The higher-end display supports Dolby Vision, carries DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification, and covers 100% DCI-P3 with up to 99% Adobe RGB and Color accuracy is rated at Delta E below 1, delivering very precise and true-to-life colors.

The chassis measures 13.9 mm thick and weighs 2.58 lbs (1.17 kg). It uses an aluminum build.

The laptop comes with a 70Wh battery and can deliver over 24 hours of video playback. Actual battery life depends on the display you choose, with lower-resolution panels lasting longer than the 2.8K OLED version.

Port selection includes three USB4 Type-C connections. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The system also includes a 9MP IR camera and a four-microphone array.

The Yoga Slim 7x (14 Gen 11) starts at $1,739.99 in the US with 32GB RAM. In Canada, pricing reaches CAD 2,419. Lower starting prices in other regions come from configurations with Snapdragon X2 Plus chips and 16GB memory, including £1,050 in the UK, €1,200 in parts of Europe, and AUD 2,269 in Australia.
