Beelink has officially launched the SER10 Max mini PC in China, introducing a compact desktop powered by AMD’s Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor, while also confirming that a global release will follow. The announcement signals Beelink’s intention to push mini PCs further upmarket, positioning the SER10 Max as a workstation-class compact system rather than a basic home or media PC.
The SER10 Max is currently available in China as a barebones configuration priced at CNY 4,499, with pre-configured variants offering higher memory and storage options. While international pricing has not yet been disclosed, Beelink has confirmed that global pre-orders will open soon, pointing to a broader rollout beyond the Chinese market in the near term.
At the heart of the system is AMD’s Ryzen AI 9 HX 470, part of AMD’s latest Ryzen AI mobile platform (often referred to as Gorgon Point). Compared with its predecessor, the chip delivers modest CPU and GPU frequency increases, alongside a more capable neural processing unit. While architectural changes remain incremental, the improved NPU throughput reflects rising demand for local AI workloads such as on-device inference, development tools, and upcoming Windows AI features.
Rather than introducing a new enclosure, Beelink has retained its familiar aluminium chassis measuring approximately 135 × 135 × 44.7 mm. This decision suggests a focus on thermal consistency and manufacturing maturity, an approach often favoured in compact desktops designed for sustained performance rather than short, burst-heavy workloads.
Expandability is a key highlight of the SER10 Max. The system supports dual DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM slots with up to 64 GB of memory, along with two M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 slots for storage. This combination places the mini PC closer to compact workstations than entry-level systems, particularly for users who require fast local storage and significant memory headroom.
The SER10 Max includes a 10 Gigabit Ethernet port, a feature still uncommon in the mini PC segment, alongside Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Display outputs include HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1, enabling support for modern high-resolution and high-refresh monitors, while a mix of USB Type-A and Type-C ports accommodates both legacy peripherals and high-speed devices.
Cooling is handled by Beelink’s MSC 2.0 thermal solution, which combines a vapor chamber, large rear heatsink fins, and low-noise fans. According to the company, this design is intended to maintain consistent performance under heavier workloads while keeping acoustic output under control, a common challenge for compact systems built around high-end mobile processors.

In the broader mini PC market, the SER10 Max highlights a clear shift in positioning. Instead of serving primarily as media boxes or basic office machines, newer models are increasingly aimed at developers, creators, and network-heavy environments. Compared with Intel Core Ultra-based mini PCs, the SER10 Max stands out for its inclusion of 10GbE networking and its stronger emphasis on local AI acceleration rather than graphics gains alone.

While Beelink has yet to confirm an exact international launch date, the China-first release and confirmation of a global rollout indicate that the SER10 Max is intended to serve as a flagship compact desktop for 2026. As AI-capable processors become standard across desktop form factors, systems like the SER10 Max are increasingly emerging as practical alternatives to traditional towers—especially where space efficiency, connectivity, and sustained performance matter most.
