Schenker has announced the Connect 15, a new 15.6-inch office laptop built for corporate and public-sector deployments, combining Intel’s Core 5 120U processor with upgradeable hardware and enterprise-focused security features.
The laptop is powered by Intel’s Core 5 120U, a 10-core processor featuring two performance cores and eight efficiency cores, joining a growing range of Intel Core-powered productivity laptops. Schenker configures the chip to operate at 28W under sustained load and up to 35W during short boost periods, above Intel’s standard 15W base rating. Cooling is handled with Honeywell PTM7950 thermal compound to maintain performance during prolonged workloads.
Memory support reaches up to 64GB of DDR5-5200 through two user-accessible SO-DIMM slots, while storage comes via a PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD, offering upgrade flexibility similar to workstation-oriented notebooks. Both the RAM and SSD are fitted with thermal pads to help control operating temperatures.
The display is a 15.6-inch anti-glare IPS panel with 1920 × 1080 resolution, 400 nits brightness, and more than 90 percent sRGB coverage. A 180-degree hinge allows the screen to fold flat for presentations and collaborative work.
Networking options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, Gigabit Ethernet, and optional 4G connectivity through a nano-SIM module, aligning with connectivity upgrades in newer enterprise laptops. The SIM slot is accessible through a maintenance flap on the bottom panel.
Security hardware includes TPM 2.0, fingerprint login support, SSD hardware encryption, Microsoft Secured-core PC Level 3 compatibility, and a Full HD webcam with privacy shutter, features increasingly common in professional notebooks.
Ports include Thunderbolt 4 with DisplayPort 1.4a and 65W USB-C Power Delivery, plus USB-C, dual USB-A, HDMI 1.4b, microSD, and a combo audio jack. Schenker includes a separate 45W charger, leaving USB-C ports free while charging.
The laptop also features a removable 55Wh battery, a full-size keyboard with numeric keypad, 1.8 mm key travel, white backlighting, and a 120 × 72.5 mm Precision touchpad. Total weight comes in at 1.75 kg (3.86 lbs).
The Schenker Connect 15 is available now through Bestware starting at €999. The base configuration includes 8GB DDR5 RAM, a 500GB SSD, and the standard 400-nit display. Schenker also includes a 36-month warranty with purchases through its online store.
