Honor WIN H7 Gaming Laptop Arrives April 23 With Dual-Fan Cooling and Black Knight Design

Honor is set to introduce the WIN H7 on April 23 in China, and newly shared hands-on photos show a more mainstream gaming laptop design aimed below the flagship WIN H9.

The WIN H7 carries a black chassis with angular rear vents and a cleaner look than the higher-end H9, while following Honor’s recent laptop design direction. Honor calls the finish its “Black Knight” design language, while the lid features the Hunter logo. The styling is more restrained than many RGB-heavy gaming notebooks, giving it a simpler and more practical look.

Honor says the H7 comes with a dual-fan cooling system, while the flagship H9 moves to a four-fan layout with rear exhaust hardware seen on higher-tier gaming notebooks. That split suggests the H7 is the more affordable model in the lineup, while the H9 targets maximum performance.

Earlier teasers for the wider WIN gaming series mentioned a top configuration with Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus and GeForce RTX 5070 graphics delivering more than 250W of total platform power, using Intel’s latest HX-class platform. A lower configuration was listed with Intel Core i7-14650HX and GeForce RTX 5060 graphics, paired with at least 16GB dual-channel memory and SSD storage. Honor has not confirmed which of those components belong specifically to the H7.

Honor also says the WIN gaming ecosystem will include features such as three-network acceleration, 3D game anti-dizziness technology, and Gaming Turbo X tools focused on smoother gameplay and system tuning.

The April 23 launch will mark Honor’s push into the gaming laptop market, where brands such as Lenovo Legion, ASUS ROG, and MSI already have established lineups.

Pricing and regional availability have not been announced.
