Sharkoon Released FIREGLIDER One Ultralight Wireless Mouse Under 50g

Sharkoon has launched the FIREGLIDER One at €24.99, bringing a sub-50g ultralight wireless design into the budget gaming space. It stands out immediately for its weight, landing well below most affordable gaming mice, which often sit above 60 grams. This makes it one of the lightest options at this price point, without moving into premium territory.

The focus here is simple: low weight, stable performance, and no unnecessary extras. The lighter body makes quick flicks easier and reduces fatigue during longer sessions. For players who prefer fast, low-resistance movement, this kind of weight difference is noticeable right away. Most ultralight mice with designs priced much higher, including the Razer Viper V4 Pro, show where this model starts to separate itself.

Inside, the FIREGLIDER One features the PixArt PAW3311 optical sensor, found across budget-focused designs such as Pulsar Zywoo Gen 2 8K wireless gaming mouse, with sensitivity up to 12,000 DPI. It offers six preset DPI levels from 400 to 12,000, covering both low-sensitivity tracking and faster movement styles. Tracking speed reaches up to 300 inches per second with 35G acceleration, which keeps movement smooth and predictable. This sensor is aimed at budget gaming rather than esports-level competition, but it delivers reliable performance for everyday play.

Polling rate goes up to 1,000Hz, with devices such as Yunzii M1 wireless gaming mouse maintaining this standard for most gaming mice. Response stays consistent in both wired and wireless modes, with low click latency keeping inputs responsive. While higher polling rates are becoming more common in expensive models, this mouse focuses on stable performance instead of pushing those limits.

Connectivity stays straightforward with a dual-mode setup. It can run through a USB-C cable or connect wirelessly through a 2.4GHz receiver with a range of up to 10 meters. There is no Bluetooth option, which keeps the connection focused on low-latency use rather than multi-device switching.

The shape follows a symmetrical design similar to Attack Shark X11 Ultra, intended for right-handed use and fitting medium to large hands comfortably. It drops the bold styling from earlier FIREGLIDER models and instead keeps a cleaner, minimal look that fits both gaming setups and everyday use.

Battery capacity is 300 mAh, with usage rated up to 100 hours depending on settings. Charging happens through USB-C, and the mouse can continue to work while plugged in, avoiding downtime during longer sessions.

Five buttons are included, with switches rated for at least 20 million clicks. Onboard memory allows profiles to stay saved directly on the mouse, so settings remain available without extra software. PTFE feet help reduce friction for smoother movement, and an additional set is included for long-term use.

At this price, most options either focus on low cost with heavier builds or add features while increasing weight and price. This model takes a different direction by keeping weight low and features focused. It does not aim to compete with high-end esports mice, but it delivers a lighter experience than most budget alternatives.

The Sharkoon FIREGLIDER One is available now in black and white at €24.99, offering an easy entry point into ultralight wireless gaming without the usual premium cost.
