Thunderobot has introduced its latest high-performance gaming display, the ZQ27F540E, a 26.5-inch dual-mode gaming monitor designed to push the limits of refresh rate technology for competitive esports players.
The ZQ27F540E supports 540Hz at 1440p and an industry-leading 720Hz refresh rate at 720p, making it potentially one of the quickest gaming monitors to date, alongside developments like the AUO 800Hz gaming monitor 4K 360Hz touch 2026. The display is obviously designed for professional and competitive gamers who value maximum motion clarity and ultra-low latency.
The monitor offers a 2560 × 1440 resolution at up to 540Hz and a smaller 1280 × 720 resolution at an ultra-fast 720Hz refresh rate, according to the information that is currently accessible. The Thunderobot ZQ27F540E is positioned among a new series of high refresh rate esports monitors designed for fast-paced games like FPS and competitive shooters, similar to the AOC Agon Pro AGP277QK 1000Hz dual-mode monitor, thanks to its dual-mode flexibility.
The panel uses LG’s latest WOLED technology, which is a big step forward for OLED gaming monitors, a direction also seen in the LG 39GX950B 5K2K OLED 330Hz monitor. It should deliver deep blacks, strong contrast, and better power efficiency. The display is also said to reach up to 1,500 nits of peak brightness in HDR, which would put it among the brightest OLED gaming monitors out there right now, close to levels reported in the Philips Evnia 27M2G5800 5K 180Hz 330Hz monitor.
The monitor claims a 0.02ms gray-to-gray response time, which should help cut down on motion blur and ghosting. It also supports 10-bit colour, covering about 99.5% of the DCI-P3 gamut and 99% of sRGB, so it’s not just for gaming, it should handle content creation work quite well, too.
A low blue light function to lessen eye strain during extended sessions, configurable aspect ratios, and picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture modes are some helpful bonuses.
The monitor includes a fully adjustable stand with height, tilt, and rotation support, along with VESA mounting compatibility. Connectivity options include HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, USB-C, and USB-A ports, along with KVM functionality that lets you control multiple systems with a single keyboard and mouse.

Thunderobot has priced the ZQ27F540E at 5,499 yuan, which is roughly 760 US dollars. In some regions, subsidies may reduce the price to around 4,949 yuan, or about 680 US dollars. Global availability, including a possible US release, has not been confirmed at this stage. The specifications and pricing details align with early product listings and reports.

The launch highlights a bigger trend in gaming monitors right now, with brands pushing refresh rates past 500Hz and adding more flexible display modes, as reflected in panels like the TCL CSOT 640Hz dual-mode panel Q3 2026. With support up to 720Hz, Thunderobot is clearly aiming at a niche but growing group of esports players who prioritize speed, responsiveness, and competitive performance.
