XPG NOVAKEY RGB DDR5 First Infinity Mirror RAM With 6400 MT/s CL30

XPG is introducing the NOVAKEY RGB DDR5 memory series as the world’s first Infinity Mirror desktop RAM, combining a reflective RGB design with stable 6400 MT/s performance aimed at gaming, content work, and local AI tasks.

The highlight is the heat spreader design, a direction seen in premium components such as the ASUS ProArt RTX 5090 OC. XPG builds a layered reflective structure into the metal shell, creating a deep 3D lighting effect that looks like an endless tunnel inside the module. The effect stays visible from different angles through a glass side panel. Even with RGB turned off, the brushed aluminum finish and matte black accents keep a clean, premium look inside the case.

Speed is rated up to 6400 MT/s, which XPG describes as a practical “sweet spot” for modern workloads. Latency reaches as low as CL30, giving tighter response than many DDR5 kits at similar speeds. This balance keeps performance smooth in games, editing workloads, and AI tasks without requiring extreme voltage or heavy manual tuning.

Each module is built on a 10-layer PCB and includes a power management IC along with on-die ECC, reflecting approaches used in Micron GDDR7 memory. These parts help keep signals clean during long sessions, whether it is gaming, rendering, or handling AI workloads that rely on stable memory performance.

Capacity options include 16GB and 32GB per module, offered in both single sticks and dual-channel kits, aligning with configurations listed in Best 64GB RAM laptops. Support for Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO allows quick setup through BIOS profiles, making it easy to reach rated speeds and timings without manual adjustments.

Cooling relies on a solid aluminum heat spreader, designed for quiet, passive heat dissipation. This matches the target speed range, where heat output is lower than heavily overclocked kits. The design helps maintain steady performance over long periods without complex cooling setups.

XPG also highlights material choices, an approach noted across eco-focused hardware trends covered in PC price hikes power GPU SSD memory. The heat spreader includes 50% recycled aluminum, while the structure incorporates post-consumer recycled plastics. Packaging follows FSC-certified standards, aligning with current trends toward eco-friendly hardware components.

The NOVAKEY series is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, offering long-term reliability alongside its design-focused approach.

The XPG NOVAKEY RGB DDR5 series is scheduled for global availability, with rollout confirmed across multiple regions. Pricing has not been disclosed.
