ASRock has confirmed that its new Radeon RX 9070 XT Taichi 10th Anniversary graphics card and companion products will remain concept designs with no plans for a retail launch. The hardware manufacturer clarified that the anniversary items were created purely as showcase pieces to celebrate the Taichi brand milestone. Attentive PC builders had hoped to purchase these custom products following their appearance at the Computex trade show.
The celebratory hardware lineup spans five distinct component categories and includes a total of six custom models. Other custom graphics card brands have launched limited runs to celebrate milestones, such as the white-themed Zotac 20th Anniversary GPUs. However, the Taichi anniversary graphics card shown at Computex is likely the only physical unit in existence.

The list of concepts includes the Intel-based Z890 Taichi 10th Anniversary and AMD-based X870E Taichi 10th Anniversary motherboards. The custom boards are built for the latest Intel socket and AMD socket AM5 platforms, similar to other next-generation motherboard releases like the ASUS TUF Gaming Z890 BTF. In addition to the motherboards, the collection has the Taichi TCO27QXB monitor, the Taichi TC-1650T power supply, and the Taichi 360 HOLO liquid cooling unit.
None of these products will transition to retail manufacturing channels for general purchase. ASRock has not provided any pricing tables or regional availability dates for the anniversary catalog. The company plans to display the components at hardware events rather than distributing them to retail partners.
The Taichi product family originally launched in 2016 with the Intel X99 Taichi motherboard. Over the last decade, ASRock expanded the brand name to graphics cards, power supplies, desktop monitors, and CPU coolers. The anniversary lineup represents a tribute to the brand’s aesthetic legacy rather than a commercial product roadmap.
For hardware collectors, the announcement is a disappointment since the custom styling will not reach store shelves. PC enthusiasts looking to build new workstations will have to opt for standard retail Taichi hardware. The manufacturer is expected to release its standard X870E and Z890 models in the coming months.
