Lenovo introduced two new premium, thin-and-light laptops: the IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra and an updated Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition at MWC 2026, alongside gaming-focused models such as the Legion 7a with Ryzen AI Max+. Both models are powered by Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors, bringing integrated Arc graphics and built-in NPU acceleration to Lenovo’s 14-inch lineup.
With these additions, Lenovo is strengthening its presence in the premium ultrabook segment for 2026. The Core Ultra platform combines hybrid CPU architecture with on-device AI capabilities under Windows 11, positioning the Slim 5i Ultra and Yoga Slim 7i Aura for users who prioritize portability without sacrificing performance.

The IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra is a lightweight laptop made for everyday productivity. It runs on Intel Core Ultra processors with integrated graphics and built-in AI features. It supports AI tools such as background blur, smart video calls, and other AI-based Windows 11 features.
It comes with a 14-inch 16:10 display. Users can choose between a 120 Hz IPS LCD or an OLED panel. The laptop is very slim at 11.9 mm and weighs only 2.53 lb (1.15 kg), making it easy to carry.

It has a 65 Wh battery with Rapid Charge Boost. Lenovo says a 15-minute charge can give up to two hours of usage. The laptop includes three USB-C ports, strong wireless connectivity, and an FHD IR camera with facial recognition and a physical privacy shutter for security.
The IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra will be available from June 2026. The starting price is €899, which is around $970 USD.
Lenovo also refreshed its premium Yoga series with the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition, following the recent introduction of the Yoga Pro 7a with Ryzen AI Max+. This model is designed for creators and users who need a better display and more performance.
It features Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors with integrated graphics and AI acceleration, similar to Lenovo’s recent Core Ultra Series 3 laptop with LPCAMM2 memory. It supports up to 32 GB LPDDR5x 9600 memory and up to 2 TB PCIe SSD storage.
The laptop has a 14-inch 2.8K (2880 × 1800) OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 750 nits brightness. It covers 100% sRGB and DCI-P3, and 99% Adobe RGB. It also supports Dolby Vision and VESA DisplayHDR 600, making it suitable for content creation and HDR media.

The device includes a larger 75 Wh battery. Lenovo says a 15-minute charge can provide up to three hours of battery life. It supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and has three Thunderbolt 4 ports for high-speed connectivity.
The Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition is 13.9 mm thin and weighs 2.62 lb (1.19 kg). Pricing details have not yet been announced.
Both laptops target different users. The IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra focuses on value and portability, while the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition is aimed at creators and power users who need better display quality and higher performance.
