Yunzii’s C98 MAO Cake Kitten wireless mechanical keyboard is now available on the official online store for $119. The new version updates the popular C98 layout with uniquely shaped MAO profile keycaps and transparent cat-themed accents. It has a regular retail price of $134.99, but buyers can purchase it at the discounted launch price for a limited time.
The keyboard uses a compact 96% layout that includes 98 keys and a full dedicated numeric keypad to save desk space. It supports tri-mode connectivity, allowing users to switch between Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4 GHz wireless, and USB-C wired connections. The device can connect with up to five hardware devices at the same time and works with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.

Typists can customize the typing experience thanks to a hot-swappable PCB that supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches without soldering. The keyboard uses a gasket mount structure combined with multiple sound-dampening layers to reduce unwanted typing noise. Out of the box, it includes factory-lubed creamy linear switches, stabilizers, and silicone padding to create a smooth and quiet typing feel.
The PBT keycaps use double-shot molding and dye-sublimation to prevent the legends from wearing off over time. The keycaps have side-printed shine-through legends that let the RGB lighting pass through from multiple angles.
