ASUS V500 Mini Tower (VM501MH) starts at €599 with AMD Ryzen 5 220 and Ryzen 7 260 processor options. The compact desktop has a clean design with a choice of wood-grain or light gray fabric-style front panels, giving it a look that fits naturally into homes, offices, and study rooms instead of standing out like a gaming PC.
The front panel does more than improve the appearance. Air enters through hidden vents behind the panel, keeping the outside clean while supplying fresh air to the internal components. A soft 4000K ambient light adds a gentle glow without becoming distracting.
Buyers can choose either the Ryzen 5 220 or Ryzen 7 260. The Ryzen 7 model packs eight Zen 4 CPU cores that can reach up to 5.1GHz. Radeon 780M graphics are built into the processor, giving enough performance for office work, web browsing, media playback, photo editing, and casual gaming without needing a separate graphics card.
The V500 keeps fan noise low by pairing the processor with a larger cooling fan, copper heat pipes, and a rear exhaust fan. The 45W mobile Ryzen chip produces less heat than many desktop processors, allowing the fans to run more quietly during everyday work. ASUS reports low noise levels even when the processor is under heavier loads.

Memory and storage can be expanded later. Two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots support up to 64GB of DDR5-5600 memory. Storage starts with a 512GB PCIe SSD, while a second M.2 slot accepts another SSD. Supported configurations can reach a 2TB SSD alongside a 2TB hard drive for larger photo libraries, videos, software, and documents.
Anyone who wants more graphics performance later can install a dedicated graphics card through the PCIe 4.0 x16 slot. The standard desktop ships with a 180W power supply, so higher-end graphics cards may need a larger replacement PSU. ASUS has confirmed that selected markets will receive versions with NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics pre-installed.

The front of the case has two USB Type-A ports, one USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The rear panel adds three more USB Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1b, DisplayPort 1.4, and Gigabit Ethernet, giving enough connections for monitors, storage drives, printers, keyboards, and other desktop accessories.

Inside the desktop are 100% solid capacitors and an 80 PLUS Platinum power supply with efficiency rated up to 92%. ASUS states that the V500 completed enterprise-level reliability testing before reaching stores, covering long-term daily operation.
The ASUS V500 Mini Tower will reach European retailers first. The Ryzen 5 220 version pairs 16GB of memory with a 512GB SSD for €599. Moving to the Ryzen 7 260 raises the price to €649 with the same memory and storage configuration. ASUS has not announced availability for other regions.
