GMKtec Neo-X1 and Neo-X1 Pro are compact gaming desktops built on AMD’s Mobile on Desktop (MoDT) platform. Both models pair Ryzen 9000HX processors with GeForce RTX 50-series desktop graphics inside a 14.6-litre chassis.
The Neo-X1 pairs the Ryzen 9 9955HX with an 8GB GeForce RTX 5060 Ti. The Neo-X1 Pro pairs the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D with a 12GB GeForce RTX 5070. Both processors feature 16 cores, 32 threads, and a 55W TDP, while the 9955HX3D adds AMD’s 3D V-Cache for larger L3 cache capacity.
GMKtec fits both desktops with an integrated liquid cooler and an 850W fully modular 80 Plus Gold power supply. The motherboard carries a 13-phase power design and supports processor power up to 160W.
Storage support consists of two PCIe Gen5 M.2 SSD slots. Networking consists of Wi-Fi 7 and 2.5GbE Ethernet for wired and wireless connections.
The front panel has two USB Type-A ports, one USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. GMKtec has not published the rear I/O layout, memory capacity, or SSD capacity for either desktop.
The chassis has a clean design with metal carrying handles on the top. Desktop GeForce RTX graphics and the compact MoDT motherboard allow the hardware to fit inside a 14.6-litre enclosure without moving to integrated graphics.
The Neo-X1 starts at CNY 11,999, while the Neo-X1 Pro starts at CNY 16,499. Both desktops are scheduled for sale through JD.com in China. GMKtec has not shared pricing or availability for other markets.
