Akasa Pascal N16 Fanless NUC 16 Pro Chassis Debuts at Computex 2026

Akasa showcased the Pascal N16 at Computex 2026, a new fanless chassis designed for the ASUS NUC 16 Pro mini PC. The enclosure combines passive cooling with IP65 dust and water protection while supporting Intel’s latest NUC platform.

The Pascal N16 features an aluminum alloy chassis with a large external fin structure. Rather than relying on active cooling, the enclosure dissipates heat through the metal body and surrounding fins, eliminating the need for cooling fans.

Akasa designed the chassis specifically around the ASUS NUC 16 Pro. According to information displayed during Computex, the enclosure supports configurations with up to a 28W TDP, making it compatible with a range of NUC 16 Pro configurations.

A defining feature of the Pascal N16 is its IP65 rating. The enclosure is protected against dust ingress and exposure to low-pressure water, offering a sealed design compared to traditional mini PC enclosures.

Akasa bundles the chassis with a 2-meter cable featuring a threaded locking connector. The locking design is intended to provide a more secure connection than standard cabling solutions.

The enclosure measures 195.6 × 277.2 × 64.6 mm. The larger dimensions compared to a standard NUC enclosure accommodate the passive cooling structure and finned exterior design.

Alongside the Pascal N16, Akasa displayed the Newton N16. The Newton N16 is another fanless enclosure developed for the ASUS NUC 16 Pro platform and is positioned as a general-purpose passive cooling option.

Both products formed part of Akasa’s Computex 2026 display, where the company showcased a broad range of fanless hardware solutions. The booth featured products ranging from compact Raspberry Pi enclosures to larger passive cooling chassis for higher-power computing platforms.

The Pascal N16 expands Akasa’s portfolio of fanless mini PC enclosures and adds IP65 protection to the ASUS NUC 16 Pro platform. The combination of passive cooling, sealed construction, and compact dimensions makes it a notable addition to the company’s Computex lineup.

Akasa has not announced pricing or availability for the Pascal N16. Additional details are expected after Computex 2026.
