ASUS has introduced a new configuration of the Vivobook Pro 16 OLED Core Edition ultrabook on JD.com. The laptop is priced at 5,999 yuan (approximately $826 USD) in China. This version features an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor paired with 16GB of DDR5 RAM and a 512GB SSD.
The product page lists the processor as the Ultra 5 235, but research indicates it is actually the Intel Core Ultra 5 325. This chip helps the lightweight PC run productivity workloads and creative software. Similar to the premium ASUS Zephyrus G14 series, this ultrabook balances portability with competent everyday performance.

The right side houses an additional USB-A 3.2 port for peripheral expansion. It also features three fan speed presets to manage thermals and noise depending on the workload.
This new entry-level laptop sits alongside the existing higher-tier variants in the manufacturer’s lineup. Business buyers looking for alternative productivity options might also check out the ASUS ExpertBook P5 G1 series. The new configuration is currently available for purchase through JD.com.
