SAMA has launched a new budget-friendly PC enclosure named the Black Hole Turbo in China. The chassis is priced at around $44 and features sound-damping panels on three sides. It aims to offer budget builders a quieter computing experience by reducing high-frequency fan noise.
The chassis measures 473 × 230 × 490 mm and supports motherboard sizes from ITX up to E-ATX. To block noise, SAMA uses 0.7 mm steel panels lined with high-polymer resin sound-absorbing foam. While the manufacturer labels this setup as active sound absorption, it functions as standard passive noise damping.

The chassis includes three pre-installed fans, including two large 160 mm fans in the front. The rear features a single 130 mm exhaust fan, and the chassis has mounting points for up to nine fans in total. This cooling configuration matches the high-airflow focus seen in other large enclosures like the Antec 900 Full Tower Case.

SAMA designed the interior to accommodate graphics cards up to 390 mm long and CPU air coolers up to 180 mm tall. Unlike display-focused cases like the Hyte Sakura Miko Y70, this design opts for solid noise-damping panels instead of tempered glass. For front connectivity, the chassis offers a USB-C port, two USB-A 3.0 ports, and audio jacks.

Critics note that while the chassis supports large graphics cards, there is limited clearance for thick power adapters. Placing a flagship graphics card inside might not leave enough room for power cables to bend safely. This makes it a better option for home servers or mid-range builds rather than high-end gaming setups that require thick power connections.
Buyers can currently find the new chassis listed on the Chinese online retailer JD.com.
