Corsair Nightsword v2 Stream Deck Mouse Launched with One-Click Software Controls

Corsair has introduced the Nightsword v2 Wireless SD, a right-handed gaming mouse with a unique feature for streamers. This is the first mouse to include a dedicated button that lets users open the Elgato Virtual Stream Deck controls with a single click.

By clicking the side button, users can pull up an on-screen overlay to manage game abilities, inventory slots, and music playback. You can also map functions to 8 different buttons on the mouse using the standard Stream Deck application.

Inside the mouse is a Marksman S optical sensor that supports tracking up to 33,000 DPI. It also includes optical microswitches rated for 100 million clicks to avoid accidental double clicks. Both the wired USB-C mode and the 2.4 GHz wireless mode support an 8,000 Hz polling rate for near-instant tracking.

Corsair unveiled the HS35 V3 headset series featuring lightweight designs, 50mm audio drivers, and support for PC, console, and mobile gaming.

The mouse runs on a battery that lasts up to 170 hours when you turn off the RGB lighting. Users can adjust the tracking speed, map macros, and change the lights using the browser-based Corsair Web Hub without installing any software. This high-polling design aims to compete with other ultra-responsive options like the Xiaomi Gaming Mouse 2.

Alongside the mouse, Corsair also showed off a new Hall Effect keyboard called the Clipper Pro Mini 60. This small keyboard has a 60 percent layout to clear up space on your desk for wide mouse swings. It is the first Corsair keyboard to use MGX Hyperdrive Core magnetic switches, allowing users to adjust the actuation point from 0.2 mm to 3.8 mm.

The Clipper Pro Mini 60 features special settings like Multi Action to map up to four actions to a single key, and Tap Lock to toggle keys like crouch without holding them down. It has an IP57 water and dust resistance rating. Gamers looking for water-resistant keyboards can compare this to the Cherry Xtrfy K33 compact keyboard which also has protective ratings.
