The Logitech G305 X Superlight wireless gaming mouse is scheduled to launch on June 30, 2026, with a recommended retail price of $79.99. This wireless model provides a lightweight 59-gram chassis and an upgraded optical sensor for high-performance setups.
The wireless mouse weighs approximately 59 grams (0.13 lbs), making it significantly lighter than the 99-gram predecessor G305 Lightspeed. It drops AA battery support in favor of USB-C recharging, which provides at least 130 hours of battery life and yields 3.5 hours of use from a two-minute charge.

The mouse uses a Hero 44K optical sensor capable of 44,000 DPI sensitivity and a 678 tracking speed. Gamers can adjust sensitivity levels, reprogram buttons, and configure lighting profiles through the G HUB companion application. Similar to the Redmagic Carbon Fiber 8K Gaming Mouse, the device allows players to calibrate tracking metrics to suit competitive gaming.

The mouse supports tri-mode connectivity, letting users switch between low-latency Lightspeed wireless, Bluetooth, and standard wired modes. To match the performance of higher-end gaming models, it can connect to an optional PRO Lightspeed receiver that supports up to an 8 kHz polling rate. The symmetrical egg-shaped body includes six programmable buttons and an RGB status light situated beneath the scroll wheel.
The mouse is built with a minimum of 51% recycled plastic and uses exposed screws to allow users to open and repair the device. It launches alongside the new G316 X wired mechanical keyboard, and both products are expected to arrive in other regional retail markets soon.
