Ninkear Launches S13 Neo Surface Rival With 13-Inch Touchscreen

Ninkear has launched the S13 Neo, an affordable 2-in-1 Windows tablet priced at $576 on AliExpress. The new model expands the company’s convertible lineup, offering a cheaper alternative to the standard S13 version. Buyers can also purchase the computer from the official Ninkear web store for €519.99 (about $565 USD).

Unlike the original version which uses an Intel Core Ultra 5 115U processor, the new Neo variant has an Intel N150 quad-core Twin Lake CPU. The budget processor is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 512GB SSD to handle basic office productivity and media consumption. An active cooling fan operates inside the case to control thermal output during continuous work sessions.
