Philips is selling a new 27-inch gaming monitor called the 27M4N5500PT on the Chinese retail platform JD.com. The display lists at a retail price of 1,699 yuan (around $234 USD). The display uses a Fast IPS panel that supports three different resolution and refresh rate configurations to fit different gaming genres.

The monitor supports 2K QHD (2560×1440) resolution at a 275Hz refresh rate for detailed graphics. For faster gameplay, players can toggle the screen to FHD (1920×1080) resolution at 360Hz. Competitive players can also choose HD (1280×720) resolution at a high 540Hz refresh rate to minimize input lag.
The panel has a 1ms gray-to-gray (GtG) response time and a peak brightness of 350 nits. The monitor supports 8-bit color and covers 100% sRGB, 98% DCI-P3, and 94% AdobeRGB color spaces to provide accurate colors. This setup makes the panel suitable for both competitive gaming and light content creation tasks.
The display includes an ergonomic stand that supports height adjustment, tilting, and rotating. For customization, the back of the chassis includes built-in ambient lighting to illuminate your desk setup. On the back panel, the connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
JD.com lists the monitor in stock for Chinese buyers starting this week. The manufacturer has not yet shared details about international pricing or availability in other regional markets. Interested buyers will need to wait for further retail listings to see if it reaches western store shelves.
