Sony INZONE M10S II Goes on Sale With 540Hz OLED, 720Hz Dual Mode

Sony has started sales of the INZONE M10S II, a 26.5-inch (27-inch class) OLED gaming monitor featuring a 540Hz refresh rate and dual-mode support that reaches up to 720Hz.

Developed in collaboration with Fnatic, the display targets competitive play with Sony’s Dynamic Frequency & Resolution (DFR) mode, allowing a switch between 2560×1440 at 540Hz and 1280×720 at up to 720Hz, a concept reflected in ANT Esports ANT275ZQE.

The panel delivers a 0.02ms gray-to-gray response time and uses motion blur reduction to keep fast-moving scenes clear, aligning with high-speed panels like the AOC AGON Pro AGP277QK. A Super Anti-Glare coating improves visibility under bright lighting conditions.

Brightness reaches 335 nits in typical use and up to 1,500 nits at peak, levels seen in premium OLED displays like the Philips Evnia 32M2N8900X. The display carries a 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio, covers 99.5% of the DCI-P3 color space, and supports 10-bit color for up to 1.07 billion colors. HDR formats include HDR10 and HLG.

A selectable 24.5-inch mode reduces the active display area for esports titles that favor smaller screen sizes, a format commonly used in displays like the ViewSonic VA27G11. Additional gaming tools include crosshair overlays, frame rate counters, black equalizer, and VRR flicker control.

The monitor supports NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and HDMI 2.1 VRR. PlayStation 5 features include Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Genre Picture Mode.

Cooling is managed through a custom heat sink, designed to keep the OLED panel stable during long periods of use.

Connectivity includes DisplayPort 2.1, two HDMI 2.1 ports, USB Type-B upstream, USB Type-A downstream, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, a layout present in displays like the LG UltraGear 52G930B.

The INZONE M10S II is priced at 8,499 yuan in China and is currently available through JD.com.
