Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 Vision pairs a dual-tower air cooler with a 3.95-inch true-color LCD, six nickel-plated copper heatpipes, and two 28mm PWM fans. The new model supports a wide range of Intel and AMD desktop sockets, while Thermalright has yet to confirm pricing or regional availability.
The cooler is built around a dual fin-stack (D-type) heatsink with a C1100 pure copper base finished in nickel plating. Six 6mm nickel-plated copper heatpipes carry heat into two large aluminum fin stacks. Thermalright lists overall dimensions of 130 × 140 × 165 mm, although the company has not disclosed the cooler’s weight.
A 3.95-inch true-color LCD sits on the top cover with a 480 × 480 resolution. The display connects through a standard 9-pin USB 2.0 motherboard header, providing power and data through a single connection. Thermalright’s companion software displays CPU and GPU temperatures, fan speeds, ACPI monitoring information, custom pictures, and personalized graphics on the screen.
Cooling comes from two 28mm-thick PWM fans arranged in a push-pull layout. The front TL-HD13-X28 is a 130mm fan rated for speeds of up to 1,750 RPM, airflow of 81.88 CFM, static pressure of 2.38 mmH₂O, and a maximum noise level of 28.3 dBA. It features a second-generation S-FDB V2 bearing and a standard 4-pin PWM connector.
The center TL-H12-X28-R9 measures 120mm and reaches speeds of up to 2,400 RPM. Thermalright rates the fan for 98.2 CFM of airflow, 2.48 mmH₂O of static pressure, and 32.7 dBA of maximum noise. Like the front fan, it features a second-generation S-FDB V2 bearing and a 4-pin PWM connector.
Socket support covers Intel LGA115X, LGA1200, LGA1700, LGA1851, LGA2011, and LGA2066, along with AMD AM4 and AM5 platforms. The mounting hardware supports both current desktop processors and several earlier Intel platforms.

The Royal Pretor 130 Vision joins a small group of tower air coolers with an integrated display. Instead of relying only on RGB lighting, the LCD provides live hardware information and custom images directly from the companion software while keeping the traditional dual-tower air cooler design.
Thermalright has not announced the price of the Royal Pretor 130 Vision. The company has not shared a shipping schedule or confirmed which markets will receive the cooler first.
