It appears ASUS is set to launch a new flagship gaming monitor, as early details of the ROG Swift PG32UCDM3 have surfaced online ahead of CES 2026. The monitor briefly appeared on ASUS’s official website before being removed (Attached image), which typically happens when a product announcement is imminent.
The PG32UCDM3 is expected to replace the existing PG32UCDM OLED model. While the size and overall design don’t appear to have changed, the leaked information suggests that ASUS has focused on improving display clarity, brightness, and connectivity to make the monitor more practical for everyday use.
According to the leaked listing, the monitor features a 31.5-inch QD-OLED panel with a 4K resolution. It supports a 240Hz refresh rate and a very fast 0.03ms response time. These specifications are ideal for gamers who want smooth gameplay, clear motion, and minimal input lag, especially in fast-paced competitive games.
One of the biggest upgrades is a new screen layer called Black Shield. ASUS says this layer reduces reflections from ambient light, making dark scenes appear deeper and clearer even in brightly lit environments. The company claims that black levels can appear 40 percent deeper compared to previous OLED panels. This coating is also more scratch-resistant, contributing to greater durability.
Brightness has also been improved. The PG32UCDM3 is listed with DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification. This allows the monitor to reach higher brightness levels during HDR content while maintaining strong contrast. For users, this means brighter highlights in games and movies without losing detail in dark areas.
Connectivity is another area where ASUS has made significant improvements. Leaked specifications mention DisplayPort 2.1a support, which offers significantly more bandwidth than older DisplayPort standards. This helps deliver smoother 4K gaming at high refresh rates and better compatibility with upcoming graphics cards. The monitor also includes HDMI 2.1 for gaming consoles and a USB-C port with up to 90W power delivery, making it useful for laptops and work setups as well.

ASUS has also added a built-in proximity sensor. When the user walks away from the desk, the screen can automatically dim. This feature helps save power and reduces the risk of OLED burn-in over time, a significant concern for OLED displays.
At this stage, ASUS has not shared official pricing or release details. However, since this monitor appeared online just before CES 2026, it’s expected that the company will officially unveil the ROG Swift PG32UCDM3 with full specifications and launch information during its CES event.
The leaks suggest that ASUS is refining its OLED gaming monitors, improving real-world usability while maintaining the high-end performance that serious gamers expect.
