Logitech Signature Comfort Plus M850 L Debuts as Logitech’s First Palm-Cushion Mouse

The new Signature Comfort Plus series moves away from the smaller compact office accessories Logitech has focused on for years. This time, the company is leaning more toward larger ergonomic designs aimed at people spending most of the day at a desk.

The lineup includes the Signature Comfort Plus M850 L mouse, the M840 L version without the palm cushion, and the MK880 keyboard-and-mouse combo. Logitech says the products were designed around longer work sessions that mix office tasks, meetings, browsing, and personal use throughout the day.

The M850 L is the Logitech’s first mouse with an integrated palm cushion. Instead of a compact shape, the mouse uses a larger right-handed ergonomic body with extended rubber side grips, a thumb rest, and a softer palm support section meant to reduce pressure during longer sessions.

Logitech also tuned the buttons and scrolling to sound quieter in shared spaces and office setups. The mouse includes SmartWheel scrolling as well, allowing users to switch automatically between precision scrolling and faster movement depending on the task.

Inside, the M850 L uses a 4000 DPI sensor and supports both Bluetooth and Logi Bolt wireless connectivity. Logitech rates battery life at up to 24 months. Users can also customize controls, shortcuts, and Smart Actions through the Logi Options+ software suite.

The MK880 Signature Comfort Plus combo follows the same comfort-focused direction. Logitech pairs the keyboard with a dual-foam palm rest, deeper cushioned keys, and adjustable typing angles at 0°, 4°, and 8°. Easy-Switch support allows the keyboard and mouse to move between up to three connected devices without reconnecting each time.

The lineup also adds AI-focused shortcuts through Logitech’s AI Launch Key support. Through Logi Options+, users can assign quick access to tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. Zoom and Microsoft Teams meeting controls are supported through the Logi Tune software as well.

Business editions include the Logi Bolt USB-C receiver together with Logitech Sync support for centralized device management, firmware monitoring, and enterprise deployment tools.

Logitech says recycled plastic is used across the lineup, depending on the model and color option, while packaging materials use FSC-certified paper.

Global availability starts in June 2026. Logitech has priced the M850 L palm-cushion mouse at $49.99, while the M840 L comes in at $39.99. The MK880 Signature Comfort Plus combo is priced at $99.99. Business editions are slightly higher, with the M850 L for Business listed at $59.99 and the MK880 business combo at $109.99.
