LG UltraGear 25G590B-B is a 24.5-inch Full HD gaming monitor with a native 1000Hz IPS display. The refresh rate can reach 1100Hz through overclocking. DisplayPort 2.1, USB-C, DisplayHDR 400, NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, AMD FreeSync Premium, and AI Sound are onboard.
LG states that the monitor ranks among the fastest gaming displays based on published gaming monitor specifications from May 2026. The 1100Hz overclock mode requires Windows 11, DisplayPort 2.1, and a compatible NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series or AMD Radeon RX 9070, RX 9060, or RX 7900 graphics card.
The 24.5-inch IPS panel has a Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 and a 1ms Gray-to-Gray response time. MBR Pro reduces motion blur during fast gameplay, making moving objects easier to follow.
The monitor supports NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium. LG notes that both adaptive sync technologies turn off when MBR Pro is active.
The display is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified and covers 99% of the sRGB color gamut. It has 400 nits of typical brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colors, and 178-degree viewing angles.
AI Sound separates voices from game audio to make footsteps and other sound cues easier to hear. Dynamic Action Sync, Black Stabilizer, and AI Scene Optimization are available for gaming.

The monitor has two HDMI ports, one DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20), one USB-C port, and a four-pole headphone jack. The stand supports height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and pivot. Precision markings help return to the same viewing position after adjustments.
LG has priced the UltraGear 25G590B-B at $999.99 in the US. Availability in other regions has not been announced.
