ACEMAGIC’s new Kron Mini K5 is one of the first mini PCs to use Intel’s Core 5 320 “Wildcat Lake” processor. The compact desktop PC combines Intel’s 18A process technology with a dedicated neural processing unit (NPU) for local AI workloads.
The device includes 16GB of onboard LPDDR5-6400 memory and a pre-installed 512GB NVMe SSD. Similar to the AMD Ryzen AI Halo Box Max 395, this compact model focuses on local AI processing capabilities in a space-saving desktop footprint.

It reaches boost speeds of up to 4.6 GHz and sustains a 25W performance release. The built-in Intel AI Boost NPU reaches up to 16 TOPS of AI performance to accelerate background blur and noise reduction in video conferencing software.
For graphics, the computer includes integrated Intel Graphics with two Xe-cores that support up to three 4K displays at 60 Hz simultaneously. Display outputs include one HDMI 2.0 port, one DisplayPort 1.4 connection, and one USB-C DisplayPort. For storage upgrades, the chassis has two M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 x2 slots that use a tool-less design for easy access.
Connectivity options include a 2.5GbE LAN port, two front-facing USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, four rear-facing USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Wireless connections are handled by a Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 module. ACEMAGIC has not yet shared pricing or availability details for the Kron Mini K5.
