GIGABYTE has confirmed the full specifications of its AORUS GeForce RTX 5070 INFINITY 12G, introducing a fresh design that stands apart from earlier AORUS graphics cards. The new model swaps the familiar triple-fan layout for two large RGB Halo fans, adds a hidden 16-pin power connector beneath a magnetic cover, and raises the GPU boost clock to 2715 MHz. That is 203 MHz higher than NVIDIA’s 2512 MHz reference specification.
The graphics card is built around NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5070 GPU based on the Blackwell architecture. It carries 6,144 CUDA cores along with 12GB of GDDR7 memory running at 28 Gbps across a 192-bit memory interface. PCIe 5.0 support remains unchanged from the reference model, while the higher factory clock is the biggest hardware upgrade.
The new cooler immediately gives the card a different look. A large RGB Halo fan sits at each end of the shroud, while the center section features an illuminated INFINITY logo. GIGABYTE has matched the card with its Stealth Series ecosystem, making it easier to build PCs with fewer visible cables and a cleaner interior.
Cooling comes from GIGABYTE’s new WINDFORCE Hyperburst design. It combines Hawk fan blades, a central Overdrive fan, a large copper contact plate, multiple copper heat pipes, composite metal thermal grease, and a reinforced metal backplate. These cooling parts work together to draw heat away from the GPU during long gaming sessions.

The hidden 16-pin 12V-2×6 power connector is another feature that separates this model from most custom RTX 5070 cards. Instead of leaving the connector exposed, GIGABYTE places it under a removable magnetic cover. Once the cable is connected, the connector itself stays hidden while part of the cable remains visible. A dual 8-pin to 12V-2×6 adapter is supplied for power supplies without the newer connector.

The AORUS RTX 5070 INFINITY measures 309 × 132 × 55 mm and occupies a 2.5-slot footprint. Display connectivity consists of three DisplayPort 2.1b connectors and one HDMI 2.1b connector. The card can drive up to four displays with a maximum digital resolution of 7680 × 4320. GIGABYTE recommends a 750W power supply for this model.
RGB Halo lighting is supported through GIGABYTE’s lighting software, allowing users to match the graphics card with other compatible components. Buyers who complete online registration receive a four-year warranty. The retail package contains a VGA support bracket, the magnetic connector cover, a dual 8-pin to 12V-2×6 adapter, an AORUS metal sticker, a quick start guide, and warranty documents.
GIGABYTE has confirmed the specifications, but pricing and retail availability have not been announced.
