Unlike many modern thin-and-light notebooks, Acer continues to provide a full-size Ethernet port. This remains valuable for organizations and workplaces where wired networking infrastructure is still widely used.
A fingerprint reader is built into the notebook for biometric authentication and quick sign-ins.
Acer rates the TravelMate P2 14 AI for up to 31 hours of battery life. Actual endurance will vary depending on workload, display brightness, wireless activity, and installed applications.
