AMD has reportedly notified several graphics card partners about a planned 10% increase in Radeon GPU and memory bundle pricing starting in July. According to a report from Board Channels, the notice has been sent to companies including ASUS, Sapphire, Vastarmor, and XFX.
The reported change affects supply pricing for board channels rather than retail prices, meaning any increase on store shelves will depend on how manufacturers and retailers respond.
The report comes from Board Channels through has previously shared supply chain information related to graphics cards. At this stage, AMD has not confirmed the reported adjustment, so the information should still be treated as a rumor.
The reported increase applies to the GPU chip and graphics memory bundle supplied to board channels. Companies such as ASUS, Sapphire, Vastarmor, and XFX purchase these components before producing finished graphics cards. Once those products move through distributors and retailers, each company decides whether to absorb the higher costs or pass them on to buyers.
Because of that, retail prices are unlikely to change overnight. Existing inventory already sitting in stores can continue selling at current prices, while new shipments built with higher-cost components may gradually carry higher price tags. The final adjustment could vary between brands, graphics card models, and regions.

The latest report follows an earlier Board Channels rumor that pointed to a 10% to 15% increase during the third quarter of 2026 or as early as July. The new information points to July as the expected starting period for the reported adjustment. NVIDIA board partners have not reportedly received a similar notice.

Anyone planning to buy a Radeon graphics card over the next few weeks may want to watch pricing closely. Retailers often adjust prices when new inventory arrives, while older stock may remain at previous prices until it sells out. That means buyers could still find current pricing for a limited time depending on available inventory.
AMD has not commented on the report, and none of the board channels named in the report have publicly confirmed the pricing notice. Until that changes, the reported increase remains an industry rumor rather than an official announcement.
