Beelink Launches ME Pro Wildcat Lake NAS With 124TB Storage Support

Beelink has introduced a new configuration of its ME Pro NAS powered by an Intel Wildcat Lake processor. This newly added option uses the Intel Core 3 304, an entry-level processor from the Wildcat Lake lineup. The storage unit has launched in China for CNY 4,719 (about $697 USD), and hardware trackers expect a global release date to follow soon.

The processor is paired with phone-grade soldered UFS 3.1 storage for internal operating files. This storage type is faster than eMMC, though its actual transfer rates only match a slow PCIe 4.0 x1 connection. On the other hand, the storage enclosure comes with 16GB of DDR5 RAM, and the motherboard supports expansion up to 64GB.

The ME Pro is a four-bay storage server, with each drive bay supporting up to a 30TB hard drive for 120TB of total mechanical storage. The motherboard also includes a single M.2 slot that is officially rated for up to a 4TB SSD, though users should have no issue installing an 8TB drive instead. Together, these options provide the server with a total marketed storage capacity of 124TB.

The chassis uses the same compact design as other ME Pro variants, which is 50% smaller than regular four-bay servers. Like the other configurations in the lineup, the internal motherboard remains fully swappable to allow future upgrades. This makes the storage enclosure a flexible choice for users who want to build custom home servers.

The port configuration on the back includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one 10GbE network port, and one 2.5GbE network port. Users can expand the total storage of the server further by connecting external drives to the high-speed Thunderbolt 4 ports. In addition to networking and expansion ports, the motherboard provides two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
