OneXPlayer X2 Mini Pro Now Available With Ryzen AI Max+ 388 and 1,100-Nit OLED

OneXPlayer X2 Mini Pro is now available for direct purchase after completing its Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign. The handheld comes with AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 388 processor, an 8.8-inch 144Hz OLED display, up to 64GB of LPDDR5X memory, an 85Wh removable battery, and optional Frost Bay liquid cooling.

Every X2 Mini Pro model runs on AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 388 from the Strix Halo family. The processor features 8 Zen 5 CPU cores, 16 threads, Radeon 8060S integrated GPU, and an XDNA 2 NPU. OneXPlayer rates the chip at up to 80 TOPS of AI performance, while the CPU, GPU, and NPU share a unified high-bandwidth memory architecture.

According to OneXPlayer, the Radeon 8060S delivers RTX 4060-class graphics performance in supported workloads. The company lists hardware ray tracing and AI graphics features, although independent testing has not verified the RTX 4060 comparison.

Buyers can choose the optional Frost Bay liquid cooler for higher sustained performance. With the accessory connected, the handheld reaches up to 120W. The standard air cooler supports up to 80W and features a 47,200mm² cooling fin area.
