Intel Lists Arc G3 Processor in Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8864

Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8864 Beta adds the Intel Arc G3 Processor to Intel’s supported products list. The latest beta now lists both the Intel Arc G3 Processor and Intel Arc G3 Extreme Processor, completing the current Panther Lake handheld lineup in the driver. It is available for Windows 10 and Windows 11 as a Beta (non-WHQL) download.

The update completes Intel’s public support list for its current Panther Lake handheld processors. Previous driver versions already supported Panther Lake graphics, but only the Arc G3 Extreme Processor was listed in the supported products section. Driver version 32.0.101.8864 now lists both processors by name.

The Intel Arc G3 Processor and Intel Arc G3 Extreme Processor share the same CPU design. Both feature 14 CPU cores, made up of 2 Performance cores, 8 Efficient cores, and 4 Low Power Efficient cores.

The standard Arc G3 Processor features an Intel Arc B370 GPU with 10 Xe3 graphics cores running at up to 2.2GHz. Intel lists 90 TOPS INT8 GPU AI performance and 46 TOPS INT8 NPU AI performance. Configurable power ranges from 8W to 30W, with support for LPDDR5X-8533 memory, hardware ray tracing, and DirectX 12 Ultimate.

The Arc G3 Extreme Processor features the Intel Arc B390 GPU with 12 Xe3 graphics cores running at up to 2.3GHz. Intel lists 113 TOPS INT8 GPU AI performance and 46 TOPS INT8 NPU AI performance. Configurable power ranges from 8W to 35W, while memory support and graphics features remain the same as the standard Arc G3.

Several gaming handhelds have already been announced with these processors. Acer Predator Atlas 8 will be available with either the Arc G3 Processor or the Arc G3 Extreme Processor. MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ and ONEXPLAYER 3 currently feature the Arc G3 Extreme Processor.
