The cameras of Google Pixel 8 phones are improving, and new features have also been included. They’re using unique HDR technology to make photos look cool by combining different brightness levels.
The Pixel 8 is said to come with a 50MP Samsung GN2 camera for wide-angle shots and a 12MP Sony IMX386 camera for capturing more in one picture.
The advanced Pro version will also have a 50MP camera, just like the regular one. But it will also use a 64MP camera to take super wide pictures and a 48MP camera to zoom in far. The Pixel 8 Pro has a 50MP primary camera for taking bright photos.
It also has a wide camera that can capture a lot at once and a camera that can zoom very far. It also has a sensor that can measure temperature.
The primary camera is the same as the Pixel 8, but its wide camera is slightly different from before. Both phones have a front camera for taking selfies and making video calls.
These phones can take clear pictures in different lighting with HDR and enhance blurred faces. It can also record good videos. Google Pixel 8: Design
It is rumored that the Google Pixel 8 phone will be pretty similar to the Pixel 6 series in terms of looks. Its design will be similar to the earlier Pixel phones. The Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, and the upcoming Pixel 7a look similar with minor changes. The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will continue to move in this direction with their design.
The “Camera Bar” will still be on the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. It may be slightly different in terms of colors and size of the camera field, but the general idea will be the same. Some pictures of its possible designs have been leaked, but we have yet to be entirely sure about them.
The leaked design suggests the Pixel 8 may be slightly smaller with a larger camera department. Colors include Licorice, Peony, and Haze for the Pixel 8 and Licorice, Porcelain, and Sky for the Pixel 8 Pro.
The Pixel 8 Pro could have a flat-screen and a different camera design. On the other hand, the design of the Pixel 8 could be largely similar to the previous version.
The biggest design change can be seen in the camera section, the use of glass on both sides, and a metal frame around the camera section at the back. Pixel 8 Pro may use a single long notch for its cameras instead of offering separate cameras.
The design of the Pixel 8 will likely be similar to the Pixel 6 series, with a few tweaks here and there to make it better.
Google Pixel 8: Display
A Google insider (via AndroidAuthority) has revealed the rumored display specifications for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. Although some details were already anticipated, there are slight differences from previous leaks.
Regarding the display, there’s speculation that the Pixel 8 Pro might come with a 6.7-inch LTPS AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
A subsequent leak by Ross Young provided more details on the Pixel 8’s screen size. Ross tweeted that the standard Pixel 8 will have a 6.17-inch display, slightly smaller than the previous Pixel 7 with a 6.32-inch display.
The display is expected to be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, capable of reaching a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. There is also a possibility of HDR10+ support for the Pixel 8 series.
There have been reports that Google may upgrade the under-display fingerprint sensor to ultrasonic technology, potentially avoiding the problems with fingerprint scanners from previous generations.
While the display specifications are becoming clearer from insiders, the leaked information is still subject to change.
